but this is the story...
I have put my apartment in the market (for sales) for months, and no luck in getting good offer.
The real estate agent IH one day called me......
"I think the feng shui of your apartment is not good lah...
I bought a feng shui bamboo and I have put it in the dining table."
Less than a month later, I got a good offer and the apartment now is SOLD.
I am
amazed
sad
and
happy.....

roadie - the man with various nicks: i was in ulu langat on friday. teh usual - ride up to peres, turun, cuci bike, mandi sungai, makan nasi lemak bungkus by the river in sungai congkak. BEST! So next time you can ride your MTB to yr mont kiara office. no need briefcase.. just camelback!
nisa: i love the place and i think i have out a lot of values in it. not is the time to unlock the value and move it somewhere else. hopefully the economy is going to be good for a while....
