Penarik Beca - Kuala Terengganu
Most of them are in their 70's. They have been in the profession since they were in the 20's. Still fit and strong. And definitely cheerful.
pretty: beca is part of Kuala Terengganu identity. I forgot to mentioned, we even call it TAXI when I was small, riding on it with my grandma.
shah: Thanks. You are right. I have to warm up with the subjects before clicking. Kids are easier. Love them. They are always ceria and they are always have that innocent natural smiles.

last i took beca was in kuala terengganu near the pasar payang...

however, i think its a profession yang akan ditelan zaman if there is no pelapis, just as stated in the Star paper recently.
Love your potrait shots. Macam yang kat Life magazine pulak - seriously... Wish I was less intimidated to take potrait shots of strangers...
