I desperately needed some H2O from the bar

EP, our regular bartender who is also the best Long Island Iced Tea concoctionist, was no where to be found.

I had time to be friendly while waiting to get some service, or perhaps its a new year thing .... I threw a remark to a total (not perfect) stranger...
