
I am always fascinated with local markets wherever I go. You can find a lot of exotic local stuffs, including food (duh!).

I also tried local breakfasts.

Here I tried this "nasi lembik" (between porridge and steamed rice) with some spices and ulam.

Very tasty and it was served steaming hot. Less than 50sen equivalent. Cheap and cheerful, yet delicious.

Definitely healthy.
